Hari Krishna Ganji is a founder, hacker, and mentor who loves startups. He is currently the founder of Alvyl Consulting, where he focuses on helping fast-growth SaaS startups scale their cloud and IoT platforms quickly. With over 15 years of relevant experience, Hari has a passion for science and technology and can translate ideas into products, bootstrap product teams, and build cloud-based SaaS platforms. Hari's primary areas of experience include bootstrapping product teams, DevOps and site reliability engineering (SRE), SaaS platform and product design, architecture and development, web, mobile, and enterprise apps design, architecture and development, mobile arcade game design and development, enterprise API design and development, enterprise data integration and ETL pipelines, open-source technologies, and Web3 and blockchain. Hari has worked with several companies in the past, including Kargo and Tagbox, where he offered consulting services such as architecture evaluation, continuous monitoring, and performance optimization across their IoT cloud stack, along with mentoring junior engineers in the DevOps ways. At Kargo, he evaluated the infrastructure and DevOps tooling needs, set the roadmap for DevOps teams, and implemented the DevOps tooling necessary to achieve 10X engineering. He also developed core principles that helped the teams make everyday decisions towards meeting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Hari's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, as well as a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Masabtank, Hyderabad.
